Product Two

The job itself – authorised, guided, measured and learned from. This is where the twin meets reality, and where reality makes the twin better.

Guide, capture and compound

Five modules

Permit IQ and Assess IQ can each stand alone. The rest work best together.

Plan and authority

Permit IQ

Turns the permit into a live, checkable contract: scope, isolations, limits, roles and the evidence the job has to produce. It closes the permit that did not cover the work actually performed, and the isolation nobody verified.

Each operator’s rulebook is configured to their own standard.

Guide and capture

Field IQ / Edge

An expert on every worker’s shoulder. Point a phone at real equipment and it recognises it, guides the job step by step, and records what physically happened – asset identity, exceptions, readings, photographic proof.
Edge runs the same thing offline, on intrinsically safe hardware, and syncs when it returns.
Assess IQ oil

Plan against reality

Assess IQ

Scores the gap between what was intended and what happened. A negative gap is something that went wrong. A positive gap is your field doing it better than the office knew — which is worth more than the first.
Works from video alone, so it does not require the rest of the platform to start.
work-loop-compoundiq

Find the pattern

Compound IQ

One deviation is an anecdote. The same deviation across forty jobs is a finding. Compound IQ is what turns repeated field reality into something worth changing a procedure for.
work-loop-distillery

Make it durable

The Distillery

The governed pipeline that filters, validates and packages what has been learned, then feeds it back into the twin – so the next crew starts from what the last one found out.
Your data never trains anyone else’s model.

Capture on its own prevents nothing.

Recording what happened is only useful if something changes as a result. The loop is what turns a completed job into a safer next one – and it is why the value compounds instead of sitting still.
