Permit IQ

Turns the permit into a live, checkable contract: scope, isolations, limits, roles and the evidence the job has to produce. It closes the permit that did not cover the work actually performed, and the isolation nobody verified.

Each operator’s rulebook is configured to their own standard.

Guide and capture

Field IQ / Edge

An expert on every worker’s shoulder. Point a phone at real equipment and it recognises it, guides the job step by step, and records what physically happened – asset identity, exceptions, readings, photographic proof.

Edge runs the same thing offline, on intrinsically safe hardware, and syncs when it returns.

Plan against reality

Assess IQ

Scores the gap between what was intended and what happened. A negative gap is something that went wrong. A positive gap is your field doing it better than the office knew — which is worth more than the first.

Works from video alone, so it does not require the rest of the platform to start.

One deviation is an anecdote. The same deviation across forty jobs is a finding. Compound IQ is what turns repeated field reality into something worth changing a procedure for.
