Field IQ

An AI copilot for industrial field workers delivered through smart glasses, verified by Claude Sonnet 4.6, governed by Genesis. The procedure your senior operator authored last Tuesday is on the new technician’s face tonight, and the supervisor sees every step in real time.

Building the foundation Field IQ stands on

Three components. One workflow.

Field IQ is glasses, a phone, and a dashboard one closed loop.

Maya wears the glasses. Maya’s phone connects them. Carlos watches from the dashboard. All three are pointed at the same procedure, in real time.

Field IQ Woman Glasses

Smart Glasses HUD

Meta Ray-Ban Display puts the next step in the worker’s field of view. Neural-band gestures trigger the shutter and advance no clipboard, no tablet, no muscle memory required.

Field IQ Woman Phone

iPhone Companion

The paired iPhone is the bridge handles connectivity, fallback photo capture, magic-link sign-in, and queues photo uploads when the site is offline. Built on React Native.

Field IQ Guy board

Trainer Dashboard

Carlos sees every active session in the plant live. Streams of photos and AI verdicts; one-click escalation; signed PDF certificates on session complete; full append-only audit log.

The problem, in human terms

Senior operators are retiring faster than the next generation can be trained.

The most valuable knowledge in any industrial plant isn’t written down it lives in the hands of senior operators who are leaving the workforce. Raw AI can’t stand at a high-pressure valve, where a confidently wrong answer can cost a life. Static procedure binders sit on a shelf; their content is decades out of sync with reality.

Sam · 30 years

Lead operator. Retiring in 6 months. Knows the plant in his head most of it not in the manual.

Maria · 8 months

New technician. Capable and keen. Can’t absorb 30 years of know-how by next Tuesday’s night shift.

Knowledge gap ~30%

of a technician’s shift goes to compliance overhead, paperwork, and supervisor approvals today. Field IQ recaptures that time as productive work.

The 12-minute round trip

Maya walks up. Maya walks away certified. The whole loop runs in about 12 minutes.

Five steps for the worker. One step at a time. AI grading at every step. Real-time supervisor view alongside.

1

Sign in (60s)

Magic-link puts Maya in as a technician. Her assigned procedures for the shift appear in the HUD.

2

See the next step

“DON PPE” appears in her field of view. No clipboard. The procedure was authored once in Genesis 3, runs thousands of times.

3

Show the work

Maya takes a photo. The Neural Band on her wrist triggers the shutter. Photo streams to the cloud in under a second.

4

Be cleared (~10s)

Claude Sonnet 4.6 grades the photo against the verbatim verification prompt. Pass advances. Retry tells her what’s missing. Escalate pulls a human in.

5

Compound (overnight)

Every photo and every verdict is captured. Assess IQ verifies competency. Compound IQ turns reality back into a sharper procedure. The wheel turns.

A station, not a stand-alone tool

Field IQ is the Deploy station
of the Intelligence Flywheel.

Field IQ does not stand alone. It earns its value because the four stations around it exist Genesis 3 encodes the expert’s procedure, Scenario Factory scales the authoring, Assess IQ verifies the worker, and Compound IQ closes the loop overnight.

Encode

Genesis 3

Watches an expert once and turns it into a governed 3D procedure Field IQ can run.

Encode

Scenario Factory

Authors thousands of procedures overnight a full plant, not one at a time.

Deploy

Field IQ + Brainy

Delivers the procedure on smart glasses; escalates to a human when unsure.

Capture

Assess IQ

Verifies competency from multi-camera capture and records where reality diverged.

Compound

Compound IQ

Turns every captured discrepancy into a sharper procedure for the next shift.

Engine + Gate

Conductor + Verdict

Routes work to the right model and carries adversarial verification + Trust Ledger.

The question every operator asks

Can you trust it? Yes and here's how.

A confidently wrong AI on a safety-critical industrial step is unacceptable. Field IQ ships with three guarantees, baked into the architecture.

It checks itself first

Before any new procedure goes live, independent adversarial agents try hard to prove it wrong. Only what survives publishes.

It asks when unsure

On a safety-critical step, an uncertain Field IQ stops and calls a human supervisor in real time. It never bluffs through.

Everything is on the record

Every action and decision is logged, reversible, and mapped to your safety frame ATEX, API, OSHA audit-ready by default.

The AI never gets the final say, on its own, on a step that could hurt someone.

Frequently asked

Common questions from industrial buyers.

Does Field IQ require Meta Ray-Ban Display? Can workers use a phone or tablet?

Field IQ is built first for Ray-Ban Display + Neural Band because hands-free is the only form factor that doesn’t slow the worker down. A browser-based glasses HUD and an iPhone companion app ship alongside the SDK integration for sites that can’t yet deploy smart glasses. Both paths route to the same backend.

Which AI model does Field IQ use?

The default is Anthropic’s Claude Sonnet 4.6 (vision + reasoning). EON’s Conductor model-router can swap in higher-tier models (including the Mythos apex class) for high-risk steps and tier-down to faster models for routine ones, without changing the procedure.

What about photo privacy and data sovereignty?

Every photo is stored with an append-only audit log, signed and retention-policy-gated. Customers can deploy with photos in their own cloud (Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, or on-prem). EON does not retain customer photo data.

How is this different from a static checklist app?

A checklist app records that a box was ticked. Field IQ records that the work was actually done correctly verified by AI looking at the photo, against the verbatim verification prompt the expert authored and then learns from the gap between intent and reality, automatically, every shift.

What's the integration story with our CMMS / EAM / LMS?

Field IQ exposes a REST + WebSocket API that any modern CMMS (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM) can integrate against. Audit log entries push into your LMS to credit competency. Genesis already integrates with most major LMS systems out of the box.
