EON Scenario Factory

Scenario Factory scales Genesis authoring across hundreds of parallel agents each drafting one governed 3D procedure, self-verifying it, and submitting it for adversarial review. Encode a thousand procedures in a weekend, not a thousand weeks.

How it's built

An agent swarm, a self verifier,
and one human queue.

Scenario Factory is the Genesis pipeline, multiplied and bounded by a single review queue that only sees what genuinely needs a human.

01

Agent Swarm

Orchestrated by Conductor, hundreds of sub-agents each take one procedure and run the full eleven-step Genesis pipeline with resumable state a whole library in parallel.

02

Self-Verifier

Each agent checks its own twin against the source SOP, the hazards and tolerances, and EON’s interaction library, and scores its confidence before anything ships.

03

Senior Review Queue

Only genuine ambiguities the few hundred cases the system flags itself reach one senior queue. Everything that clears self-verify and Verdict publishes automatically.

The problem, in human terms

You can't author a plant
one procedure at a time.

The people who hold the knowledge are leaving faster than it can be written down.

Sam · 30 years

Lead operator, retiring in six months. Every isolation and startup quirk lives in his head most of it never written down.

The library · ~9,000 procedures

Authoring them one at a time, with a human reviewing each, takes years. The knowledge cliff arrives first.

How it works

From a backlog of SOPs
to a published library overnight.

One procedure per agent. Hundreds at once. Self-verified and gated at every step.

1

Ingest the library

Point Scenario Factory at a backlog of SOPs, manuals, CAD, photogrammetry, and even frozen legacy SCORM.

2

Fan out

Conductor spins up one authoring agent per procedure, each with resumable, isolated state.

3

Author in parallel

Each agent runs the full Genesis pipeline and drafts a governed 3D twin with rubric and standards packages.

4

Self-verify & gate

Each twin checks itself against the source SOP; Verdict’s adversarial agents try to break it until it converges.

5

Publish

Verified twins land in your library; only the genuinely ambiguous reach one senior queue.

A station, not a stand-alone tool

Scenario Factory earns its
place on the Flywheel.

Scenario Factory is the en-masse upgrade of the Encode station. It does not replace Genesis 3 it multiplies it, and it depends on Conductor to fan out and Verdict to gate. More twins mean more for Field IQ to deploy, Assess IQ to verify, and Compound IQ to improve.

Encode

Genesis 3

Watches an expert once and turns it into a governed 3D procedure.

Encode

Scenario Factory

Authors thousands of procedures overnight a full plant, not one at a time.

Deploy

Field IQ + Brainy

Delivers the procedure on smart glasses; escalates to a human when unsure.

Capture

Assess IQ

Verifies competency from multi-camera capture and records where reality diverged.

Compound

Compound IQ

Turns every captured discrepancy into a sharper procedure for the next shift.

Engine + Gate

Conductor + Verdict

Routes work to the right model and carries adversarial verification + Trust Ledger.

The question every operator asks

Can you trust it? Yes and here's how.

A confidently wrong AI on a safety-critical industrial step is unacceptable. Every station ships with three guarantees, baked into the architecture.

It checks itself first

Before any new procedure or refinement goes live, independent adversarial agents try hard to prove it wrong. Only what survives publishes.

It asks when unsure

On a safety-critical step, an uncertain system stops and calls a human in real time. It never bluffs through.

Everything is on the record

Every action and decision is logged, reversible, and mapped to your safety frame ATEX, API, OSHA audit-ready by default.

The AI never gets the final say, on its own, on a step that could hurt someone.

Frequently asked

Common questions from industrial buyers.

How many procedures can it author at once?

Hundreds in parallel per run, bounded only by the budget you set in Conductor. A weekend run can draft a plant’s full procedure library.

If no human reviews each twin, how can I trust the output?

Two gates. Each agent self-verifies its twin against the source SOP and the interaction library; then Verdict’s adversarial agents try to break it. Only twins that survive both publish unattended anything genuinely ambiguous routes to one senior queue.

What source material does it accept?

SOPs, manuals, expert video and voice capture, CAD, photogrammetry, and legacy SCORM / xAPI courses.

What about the 3D models?

It reuses your CAD where it exists, or builds equipment models via photo-to-3D and Gaussian splatting. The heavy model build is the one step that may pre-stage ahead of the run.

What does it output, and where?

Governed 3D twins, scoring rubrics, and SCORM/cmi5 + xAPI packages written into your content library in the identical format Genesis 3 produces, so they’re interchangeable.
