Is the deliverable really production-ready?

Yes. The Friday deployment is to a real pilot cohort on real hardware connected to your real systems. It is not a demo or a sandbox. We don’t run bootcamps that produce slideware.

Who attends from our side?

Typically 8–12 people: an executive sponsor, an L&D or HSE lead, 2–3 SMEs, an IT integrator, and 2–4 frontline operators or trainees who validate the experience.

What happens after Day 5?

You own the module. We hand over the train-the-trainer playbook and the 12-month roadmap. Most clients sign expansion intent in week 2 and move to platform deployment within 90 days.

What do we need to provide?

SOPs, photos or video of the physical environment, equipment specifications, an SME team for Day 3 validation, and access for the LMS / identity integration on Day 4. We provide everything else.

Can the bootcamp be remote?

Yes, we run hybrid engagements where the EON team is on-site and customer SMEs join from operational sites. Pure-remote is possible for software-only use cases.

Why is it priced this way?

Fixed-price engagement. No T&M discovery invoices. Standard tier ($250K) sits within most EVP signing authority. Premium and Enterprise scale linearly with scope.
